      Pros

      Having worked in the industry previous we were not given anywhere close to the standard of training provided at the Nest, the facilities and arrangements made for each individual are incredible, huge bonus for those starting out in the industry but also for those with experience it's fantastic to learn about the Wren Way of doing things and what the customer journey looks like from the companies perspective. Also seeing the vastly impressive factory and having a sky walk tour as well as a drone fly-through of the new facility shows the scale in which Wren operate.

      Cons

      N/A - having been in the industry I already had an understanding of the role, expectation and what is expected in order to profit the most from training and ultimately working at Wren.

      Pros

      Professional company that has a full manifest for you with timings of breaks etc taking into account driving times which does assist the driver. Support for the driver in a number of different ways

      Cons

      Poor planning quite often, a hire and fire culture, can be long hours and very early starts. Camera all over the truck including in the drivers cab which can make you feel as though you are being watched. Workload doesn't always seem to be fairly shared between staff although you do get some easier days 'rough with the smooth'
