Pros

Flexibility, good pay when you hit target, good team

Cons

1. They over sell the dream job 2. charge 50% of any mistake you do (YES 50%), not cheap when it comes to kitchens. Example; oven costing around £800 for a Bosch will cost you £400 out of your commission and they exchange it and take the oven back so why are you still charged? 3. They have a threshold you have to hit before you earn any commission and if your not in a busy store, then you'll work for peanuts. the company takes around £700-900 before you earn anything monthly 4. They have a 2 year probation, which in 85% of cases they will fire you without reason. 5. They paid staff an amazon voucher to do the glass reviews as positive. No Joke. so half the positive reviews are fake 6. the upper management apart from Tofiq who is really good, are slave drivers and don't care about nothing but figures and there bonuses. 7. The reward for a billion dollar company to staff on Christmas is a £20 ahead voucher on a meal. 8. They over price their installation and quartz. 9. you can't submit time off for holidays unless within the set times they have. 10. when a mistake is made and you are charged for it, you have to appeal it, the designer is always blamed and have to prove otherwise. 11.There are better companies with better benefits that you can work for. 12. You are constantly micro managed, and if your in with the management team, you get fed hot leads while others are left fight for each lead.
