All these 5 star reviews you are seeing a from people who have just started in the company and have been forced to leave a review. They do not reflect what the company is like. As explained in the news recently company is performing very well but they claimed millions of the tax payers money with the furlough scheme. Which wouldn’t be so bad if they paid their staff when they have to isolate because they have covid or even come up with a solution like taking holiday etc. All they say whenever it’s the right thing to do but won’t is “it’s company policy not to”. People in head office have a completely different work life to those out in the showrooms or on the road. We are treated completely differently the compliance dept has unachievable KPI’s which you have absolutely no control of. Then to top it off when you ask for the breakdown the company cannot provide this as apparently the dept is to vast lol. They can take £400 plus away from you but cannot provide the evidence why. That’s right people. A Key Performance Indicator they can’t provide evidence for.
