      Unrealistic 'average' earnings listed, Unfair distribution of work, you make your own opportunity, basic is poor, too many designers, not enough work, poor pay, long hours, hidden fees within commission, you don't receive full commission

      Perfect place to learn and grow

      Pros

      When you first go for training at head office, you really cant ignore just how impressive the whole complex is. From a wonderful group of mentors who take you through 2 weeks worth of training, really are there for you whenever you need them. I fell ill through my training and every effort was made to ensure I was ok and offered additional support to help me pass. It had 2 great canteens, one which had a great selection of healthy options (me been vegan really helped) the other full of hearty meals. We were also introduced to the managerial staff who offered real encouragement, to take back into our showroom careers. Overall I cannot wait to get started- bring it on!

      *Always encouraging you to meet your potential. *Plenty of bonus' on top of your regular wage. *Opportunities to move up the ladder. *Free, fully equipped gym. *Two canteens serving delicious meals for all requirements, tastes and budgets. *Ample training and refresher sessions.
