Cons Dishonest, untrustworthy, badly managed, careless with their staff. little support from management in terms of staff development Very archaic way of treating staff, dictatorial, treat you like you are children and do not value experience and wisdom, poor communication skills with very Immature management, lack of any organisation , hire and fire approach, no ongoing sales training and morning meetings are 101 ways to get fired so non-motivational.. High staff turnover, not allowed to have an opinion on anything. even told not to say if you thought things could be better when going to the nest - Rule with fear and absolutely no job security.
