      Good for a period of time

      Pros

      - good money, good commissions

      Cons

      - they will push for sales to an extent where it doesn't matter what you promise to the customers - no help from head office - huge staff rotation on many levels - harassment - if you go out with the manager, you receive more opportunities, if you don't- you don't - people getting sacked for no reason - the commission gets reversed if you underperform and they can do it whenever they like - pay deductions for 'designer error', often very unjust - the company will find any excuse to take money out of your pocket

      Good pay! Pay and service offered to customers is only good thing about Wren

      Cons

      Management, mentality of the company as a whole they do not see you as a person! Expected to come of your break or not take the full legal requirement Very high threshold before you make any commission No care for your mental health you will be patronised on the daily! Long hours expected to come in on days off and stay back after shifts to keep figures up 2 year prohbation! Endless reasons why not to work at Wren!
