Pros

The pros to working at Wren are the software is very good, lots of tools at your disposal in terms of HD renders and VR. The money in terms of commission is also a pro as the earning potential is not limited.

Cons

The cons to working at Wren are the base salary is low, especially comparatively to other design companies, which is also influenced by a commission threshold that has to be hit before you start earning commission. The hours can be very long, and there are a lot of no book zones in terms of holidays, which makes taking time off very difficult, affecting work life balance.

Pros

I have good relations within my branch. But this can vary tremendously depending on your location. When I joined the business the rewards were great.

Cons

You have to be prepared to give up your weekends and evenings. Financial rewards not what they were. Which is why the company are now offering a financial incentive to boost their employee ratings online.
