Pros

Excellent training programme. You go through a week of E-Learning which is very informative and gets you ready to settle into the company. Followed by this is an additional week of training within the HQ at the Nest in Hull. The trainer we had was very good, extremely thorough and taught us some very handy tips and tricks. Very intensive but at the end of the week I feel like I have now learnt a lot and ready to sell kitchens!

Cons

None so far because I have only just started.

Everything! The recruitment process was excellent, showroom is immactulate and inspiring. Jayne in the academy was so helpful in arranging my first two weeks training. The training itself was very intense but excellent and great fun! Everyone has also been very welcoming and helpful and I would recommend Wren to anyone who would be interested in joining.

Cons

My only drawback was that with the training being so intense, small breaks in content to preserve energy would be welcomed. For example a quick quiz or ice breaking game.
