      Lack of care for staff

      Pros

      Easy to progress. Sometimes quarterly bonus.

      Cons

      Low pay yet act like they pay high. As it's so easy to progress there are too many people who are managers that should be. Managers have zero managerial skills and treat everyone like dirt on their shoes this goes for directors too. Stopped people from working at home during the pandemic when they were more than capable to do so, not really sure why. Not interested in staff welfare only in money and how much work they can pile onto one person. Seems great at the start but progressively gets worse and true colours show the longer you are there

      There are no pros in a company that bullies you, ignores you, refuses to train properly (using covid as the reason) and when you struggle due to this, fires you

      Cons

      Bully, unprofessional managers / Appalling Communication / Lack of training / Lack of people skills in management
