Strong unity, and collaboration between all representatives in the office. Consistent, and knowledgeable managers more then willing to assist in any aspect. Plenty of opportunity as they set clear expectations, goals, and get you to a point where you're capable of handling the next position.

Cons

Schedule does not fluctuate at all, it remains consistent throughout the year. This may be a pro or con dependent on person. There is no remote options for representatives.
