      Quiet environment, amazing coworkers & managers, ‘always learning’ mentality

      Cons

      Low base pay, constantly comparing yourself to others, higher ups that demand sales & nothing else.

      Initial 3 week review

      Pros

      Welcoming, positive, supportive, not overwhelming with too many appointment, learning on the job. Shadow training second week was great with Colin Watts out of Southampton Showroom.

      Cons

      Initial week e-learning courses , some courses contradict the online training with different answers. Training modules need updates to take in current Wren trends and policies.Due to Senior not available, difficult to ask questions about the role when questions need answering.
