      Pros

      Wren is expanding rapidly, and there’s room and opportunity for everyone to grow here. I began my journey with Wren as a Kitchen Designer, and since then, the opportunities that have come my way have been incredible. Beyond the professional growth, what truly sets Wren apart is the pride everyone takes in their work. It might sound simple, but it’s rare to find a network of individuals as passionate and driven as the team here. Even the Owner—whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting—is deeply dedicated and genuinely invested in the company’s mission. I can’t recommend Wren enough—it’s a place where passion, pride, and opportunity truly come together.

      Cons

      Reviews should be more streamlined, our internal review system is great, but because we only see them the picture painted by false reviews listed on public spaces paints a picture that is not even close to what Wren is or our quality.

      Terrible management and terrible employer

      Pros

      very little pros here, they sell you the idea of working almost like a self employed role and so much to gain if you’re prepared to put the effort in.

      Cons

      They micro manage everything and make it impossible to give customers the personal customer service they deserve and expect. Every single thing you do/say is recorded and used against you if you don’t follow the “wren way”
