Pros

Growing company with career advancement opportunities

Cons

Company in the northeast is extremely understaffed and it makes the daily operations absolutely impossible. Lots of micro managing from the uk. Tons of turn over and very low pay with expensive health insurance. Not a place to work unless you want stress 12 plus hours day for 8 hours of pay. The company unfortunately cannot keep up with the growth and it is taking a toll on entire staff.

Pros

- Quarterly bonuses are relatively attainable - Discounts on kitchens/bedrooms after a year of work

Cons

- Invasive activity tracking which tracks your mouse movements, keystrokes, screenshots etc - Time Doctor used to track 'productivity' and activity; cannot take a toilet or coffee break without 'pausing' your shift and having to work up the minutes at the end of the day - Zero trust for their employees - No care for employee wellbeing - Staff are treated like they are disposable - Underpaid for the role and expertise
