Pros

All the false reviews make me laugh, all my work colleagues have left now too.not many happy people working at Wren, like being at school.

Cons

Micro management at the highest level, you will be tracked the whole of your working day and if you drive 1 mile off route you will be in trouble, no lunch break, some days you will drive for 4/5 hours and still be expected to do 5 home visits which take 45/55 minutes per visit, you do the maths, 8 hour day my backside. You will still have an hours work to do when you get home. Anyone who buys a kitchen off this company is supporting slave labour and bullying and shocking treatment of there staff. Firing people for isolating, Laid half of there staff off because they couldn’t be bothered claiming the government money during the pandemic. No COVID rules in place for staff.

Pros

You can use your time here to learn different skills

Cons

I am not one of the members of staff who is leaving this review as a result of redundancy. I left by my own accord. I cannot describe how horrific this place is to work. You have to experience it to believe it. The way staff were treated during the covid outbreak from the start was inhuman and how they have avoided any real public scrutiny is beyond me. 600+ staff laid off an hour before lockdown announced. Healey must have been tipped off by someone in government. No surprise considering his financial contributions to the tories. *Micro management *Management suffer from small man syndrome *Management at all levels try and lead by fear *Bullying environment *Culture throughout is horrific *Portray themselves to the public as 'Wren Family' which is hilarious

Pros

The training at the nest is OK

Cons

Pretty much all of it.. Abuse from regional managers Expected to not have a day off You will work 14 hours a day most days The staff turnover is very high Wren bribe their staff with vouchers to post a good review about the business to portray a positive image, they are awful to work for. They will fire anybody regardless of loyalty or length of service without warning. They do not care about customers, Wren just want your 10% to secure the discounts and that is it.
