Pros

- You get a Mac to use. - almost everyone below management are friendly and fun people to work with. That is about it.

Cons

- Wage is terrible for developers, below the national average. - Toxic work environment - Bad management and toxic management. - Management doesn't seem to care for any of their staff and would be happy to sack you on the spot for little things. - pay reviews once a year. - no chances for progress at all.

Pros

Home time, lunch time, days off.

Cons

Being spoken / gossiped about by management, no reviews on progress, no support from management, zero training given, expected / instructed to provide terrible level of customer service, showrooms have no idea what they are doing and we are left to pick up the pieces when showrooms make their sales based on giving customers false information, being totally invalidated and unappreciated, the harder you work the more you are rewarded with more work / taking advantage, the harder you work the more you are made to feel like you aren’t doing a satisfactory level of work, working Saturdays after agreeing to and applying for a Monday - Friday job

Pros

Pay - if you’re in a showroom with a sensible target You get £50 to leave a positive review

Cons

If you’re a manager - get ready to work way more than 40 hours a week Get ready to fire people at the drop of a hat The board don’t care about their staff Career progression gets stalled by the constant turnover of managers and regional managers HR are only there to advise the board what is legal - not what is moral Customer complaints - you have little or no ability to resolve these through store level
