Pros

Casual fridays, this was the first thing that sprung to my mind, I always look forward to being able to dress comfortably and feel like myself. The team I work with are really friendly, I have never had a problem with any member of staff as we all get along great. We have groups that always meet up outside of work due to colleagues becoming real friends. My work is never boring. I am always working on something new or enjoying a simple task due to having done something similar before.

Cons

The perks of working with wren are not quite perfect, there is a perk system but the perks rotate out and the only one I have ever used is no longer available.
