Pros

Working for Wren has been an eye opener to say none the least. The journey has not been easy but I would not have it any other way. Managing and running a flagship store has been the highlight of my career, bringing this store back to it's potential has been a stressful yet rewarding task. Building my team and coaching them as I wish has helped me bring out their strengths for them to excel in their jobs. The guidance and support I receive from my Regional manager, Mustafa Ghaddar and Jason Hopper has made this task a little easier. I am very proud to have the honor to be the Manager of a beautiful showroom, which shows great promise in the refurbishments we have going on. The training this company provides is second to none and they most definitely understand the importance of looking after their staff.

Cons

The long hours are the only disadvantage you have at Wren, but these do not go unnoticed by my superiors. The time and effort is definitely rewarded here at Wren. You get out what you put in.

Pros

With Wren being the fastest growing kitchen retailer, the opportunities to move up in the retail and or into head office. The Salaries and potential earning are huge and hard to match as a designer or in management. Constant internal and external training.

Cons

Working hours are long and awkward but this is expected in retail. Targets are high but more than achievable. Company is constantly changing and evolving, which can be hard to keep up with but again is expected from a new company.

Pros

As a designer there is great potential to earn some serious money if you are willing to put the hard work in. Wren is a rapidly expanding company so there is no lack of opportunities to progress. I joined the team 4 years ago as a designer and I am now an AGM. The clean, modern showrooms are a fantastic place to work.

Cons

Long hours. Hard work. You will be held accountable for your performance. Turbulent, rapidly changing environment. If any of this would put you of then Wren is not right for you. If you are tenacious, resilient and determined then you will strive in Wren.
