Pros

I've been with Wren for many years, starting off in a junior role and am now a manager. If you have drive, passion and commitment then you will be greatly rewarded, it is a very nurturing environment that demands the best of you.

Cons

This is not a company for someone who wants an easy ride, you will be challenged every day.

Pros

I do 12 hours a week and as a full time student it is the most ideal and enjoyable job. Through talking to people and it has increased my confidence and there is such a family vibe within store.

Cons

There isn’t really anything bad to say about Wren, could do with a seat at the lectern for the first couple hours of the weekend sometimes though.

Pros

- They provide fantastic training on how to use the systems and continue to train you on new items as and when they come out or are updated. - Always had great suppot from my management team in my development as a designer and salesman. - In store you work as a team not a lone wolf which makes such a better working atmosphere and environment. - Company will look after you and will try to keep you in the company. When I moved from London to the Midlands I was worried that I wouldn't be able to continue my career at Wren Kitchens but speaking to HR they made it really easy to move stores.

Cons

- You can't take more than 14 days holiday in row.
