Pros

The team I work within are great, and the product I work on keeps me interested and engaged with my work stream being updated often with the chance to work on new projects

Cons

Upper management are sluggish to respond to issues or requests, even if raised directly, business decisions are made very fast-paced which amends workloads almost every week and increases the pressure within teams

Pros

You get to work with a nice group of people and although the work can be hard it is paid okay for the local area and there are various opportunities to improve and learn. They ask for suggestions to improve the business regularly.

Cons

The canteen is a little expensive. Sometimes the processes in daily activities are more long-winded than they need to be.
