Pros

I have been with Wren for 6 Years now, starting as a Designer and now a Manager. It is a fast paced environment and it changes regularly which makes everyday different (in a good way). I love the way feedback is taken seriously. I have seen a suggestion go up one day and the next day is fixed! The Team I work with our fantastic! I am blessed to run an amazing Showroom with some truly amazing people. I am also blessed to be part of the best Region in the company - under Tim Dixon in the South Division. The support from the Higher Management is brilliant and they offer plenty of ways to help better yourself This is a great place to make a career if are keen to stay focused and work hard!

Cons

Due to it's faced pace, the job may not be for everyone. It does take up a lot of my time, which isn't expected but sometimes needed. If you are looking for an easy Mon-Fri plodding Job then this may not be for you.

Pros

I have worked as a Kitchen Designer with Wren Kitchens since July 2016. I went for the interview having next to no knowledge or experience of the kitchen industry and found the thought of working here extremely daunting. If truth be told my thought process at this stage was to go for the interview and see what materialised. Being the main breadwinner with a mortgage, wife and 2 young children as well as having a job that paid relatively well, I enjoyed and that provided me with a company car was going to be a huge gamble to leave. The advice I was receiving from friends and family was to not take the gamble and move into the unknown, how wrong they all were. I had faith in an ex colleague of mine who had been a designer for 9 months and who was more passionate in this role than she had ever been when we worked together before (this in itself was a miracle as she was so passionate about her prior job) On her advice along with the professionalism of the management and obvious positive ambience in the showroom I decided to accept the job offer and have never looked back. The perception of a cutthroat sales mentality was non-existant and my colleagues were and are friendly, helpful and encouraging. The owner's passion for the product, the customers and his employee's was and is a breath of fresh air and I look forward to come into work every day.

Cons

None that spring to mind.
