Pros

Support from co-workers, managers, everyone around Nice benefits Interesting activities even during the pandemic Really diverse community of people Many opportunities for people ready to be initiative. Business leaders are ready to invest into truly innovative solutions.

Cons

Company has been sold multiple times over recent years, strategic vision in the product sometimes suffered from changing priorities from investors.
