Pros

Remote work policies No commute

Cons

Honestly, working in the ISR/BDR team at Wrike had been really frustrating. The leadership is operations and has no clue about sales. While there is a sales department, they are separate and I never reported to them. They don’t respect employees and make decisions that feel unfair and random. People get hired and fired fast, and it feels like there’s no real reason. The way they run things is just wrong: inbound reps who get leads are compared to outbound reps who have to do all the work themselves. But leadership expects the same results from both, comparing them openly, and making them look competing. They put all the pressure on the reps but don’t let them do anything to actually make it work. There’s no coaching, no support, just constant pressure. It’s exhausting and demoralizing. If WRIKE wants to fix this, they need real sales people in charge, not just operations that makes you do tasks even if they mean nothing, just to look good on paper, and they need to stop blaming reps for everything while giving them nothing to work with.
