Pros

Wrike a collaborative work management giant has recently opened up their offices in India. Working in Wrike is quite refreshing. The team in Europe and US is quite knowledgeable, friendly and (to all my indian folks out there) extremely considerate of the work life balance. We have access to CEO and other senior leadership, which gives you a sense that you can bring the required changes to the organization. Overall decent tech, great people and good vibes.

Cons

Product Leadership is good but can be better with product vision. But overall they are very receptive to feedback and has a strong potential to grow.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review. We appreciate your feedback and all the kind words you shared about the company. Wrike has indeed recently opened a new Center of Excellence in India in 2023, and the company is making every effort to ensure that employees feel like part of the larger Wrike team. As you noted, it is important for us to maintain an open dialogue with employees, so senior leadership aims to visit all locations where the company offices are regularly. Being in open dialogue with employees is what makes our culture special. Thank you for highlighting areas of development from a product management perspective. The engineering and product teams are closely connected and interact on a daily basis, so it would be very valuable if the concerns raised could be discussed in more detail with a counterpart from the product team or with the product leadership of the unit or the entire organization. We value employee feedback and want to improve. Kind regards, Anastasia, HR BP Product & Engineering teams

Pros

- Good opportunity for new employees to take intense trainings both for sales skills and product knowledge - You can refer to lots of internal assets regarding product, competitors, enablement sessions and so on - Uncapped commissions

Cons

- Organization is not well organized in local offices; all members should report to a country manager or managers overseas should care more for how each employee is communicating with their customers.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is a priority for Wrike to ensure our sellers are equipped with high-quality enablement and are motivated by financial success, and we are so glad to hear you are having a positive experience. Regarding our organizational structure, Wrike is a highly distributed team with employees working in many countries and time zones. Our structure provides benefits such as remote or hybrid work. However, we also recognize it can be challenging to have leaders and teammates in different locations. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind for future planning and manager enablement. If you would like to share more details, please contact your manager or HRBP. Mackenzie, HRBP
