Pros

Great people and good managers. The offices are super comfortable and the events are great as well.

Cons

The company started to grow super fast so they lost a bit of “what we are” culture. Because the targets are monthly if you don’t hit your target after 3 months in a roll you can be in a difficult situation. I saw great talents leaving because they were afraid of losing the jobs since the managers were categorical about this new rule in place. After Vista joined as an investor, things changed a lot and most of the sales teams are lead by fear. Many colleagues were having sleep problems or more serious issues due to the stress level. I’ve seen great talents been hired, not getting the best training and been fired after only 5 months because they couldn’t achieve their targets. Not a very mentoring place to start. But if you are aggressive and already have strong abilities as a sales person, maybe you have a better chance. But over all, not a good place for Account Managers, better for AEs.

Thank you for your feedback. Wrike has quickly become a go-to software for fortune 500 companies, and we attribute that success not only to our ever evolving product, but also our world-class team. Getting there has required a lot of hard work and tight deadlines, from Wrikers who are doing the best work of their lives, and there is still opportunity ahead of us that calls for even harder work and greater focus. This is why we encourage our team members to take advantage of our unlimited time off, so they can unplug and recharge. We are always keeping our rep’s health and happiness front of mind, which is why we encourage sales reps to take a mental health day each month in addition to their planned PTO. We have also introduced new training and enablement programs which are designed to give sellers the tools they need to achieve and exceed their goals. We wanted to take it a step further so we created a “buddy program” where all new Wrikers are set up with a colleague who will show them the ropes and provide support beyond what our leadership team is already providing. We encourage our alumni and current employees alike to share their feedback with our HR team so we can continue to make Wrike a great place to work. If you wish to further discuss your experience, feel free to speak with your local HRBP, or contact us at hr-us@team.wrike.com.

Pros

Good product with bad management

Cons

Large number of sales reps do not pass probation . Once permanent, if reps achieve below 80% of target a mandatory coaching plan happens for two months, followed by a formal PIP, with an automatic termination of contract. There is constant pressure and stress put on reps. Definitely not a place for job security or career growth. Read other reviews and don't make the mistake we all did! Positive reviews are not from sales (except the management) Wrike has fallen, do not be sucked into it if you value your mental well being.
