Creating a supportive and collaborative work environment is one of our top priorities, and it's great to know that this has positively impacted your experience. Our decision to close the office was not taken lightly. We carefully considered several factors, including the overall attendance rates, the cost of maintaining the office, and the current work trends favoring remote and hybrid work models. With the majority of our team members working remotely, it became increasingly difficult to justify the continued operation of a largely underutilized office space. We are now offering all employees in Dublin the option to work from a variety of co-working spaces across the city.
