Pros

Wrike truly stands out for its exceptional company culture, driven by its product, talented employees, and fostering of a dynamic work environment. The company is all about growth, productivity, collaboration, and constant reinvention—a reflection of the CEO and founder's vision and influence behind many business initiatives.

Cons

Wrike went through ups and downs because of the Citrix acquisition, but it managed to keep relative autonomy even during that time. Admittedly, the work environment is fast-paced and prone to change, which may not be suitable for everyone. However, those who can keep up are guaranteed ample opportunities for personal growth and learning.
