Thank you for sharing your experience. Wrike is doing the best to be the best company to work at. There's of course always space to improve (like everywhere) and we keep improving as quickly as we can including ensuring enough space for internal employees to grow. In general there's many Wriker's who were able to start a new position within the company or get promoted but it of course depends on current opportunities within the particular team.
