Pros

At the moment it seems Wrike is a winning company. It's growing and, in general, there seems to be a lot of positive energy from almost all employees. They seem to be pretty consistent in what they say and how they act.

Cons

I think self-learning is a good thing, but too much of a good thing can be bad. Many times it would be more efficient to just teach us certain stuff explicitly rather than us having to guess and learn and look all around for answers. It often feels that more hands are needed on deck.

Pros

- Wrike' s company culture - Team spirit - Benefits (private Health insurance for employee and family, Pension plan and many more) - Leadership team - Work life balance - Remote work options - Competitive Salary - Other percs like for example monthly lunch box, culture committee events, team nights out etc.

Cons

- Citrix acquisition brought a lot of confusion in relation to systems and tools to be used and in relation to procurement for office equipment and HR contacts
