Pros

The only significant advantage of working here is the competitive compensation package, which at first glance can seem very attractive. The company also provides exposure to SaaS product operations and the chance to work with global teams. For those who can thrive under intense pressure without much guidance, this environment will certainly test one’s resilience.

Cons

While the salary might draw you in, the reality of working here is far from sustainable. Expect to work 14–15 hours a day with no clear start or end time, as workload is excessive and deadlines are often unrealistic. The culture is heavily output-driven, with little regard for employee well-being or work-life balance. Training is minimal, and there is no structured process for handling customer escalations or learning key operational nuances. Asking questions to managers or senior peers is often met with impatience, and genuine requests for help tend to go unresolved despite HR’s assurances. One of the most alarming aspects is the “hire-and-fire” approach. During probation, even a single customer escalation or minor error — regardless of otherwise strong performance — can result in same-day termination. Access is revoked immediately, and employees are required to sign a separation agreement, often coupled with a subsequent month’s garden leave salary as per offer letter and SAAS norms as a result of their termination, There is no Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or opportunity to recover from mistakes, making job security virtually non-existent. This isn’t an isolated case; terminations are frequent, and high attrition is the norm. Morale is low, and the environment feels unstable and unsafe for anyone seeking long-term career growth.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and concerns. We value all perspectives, even difficult ones, as they help us understand our employees’ experiences and identify areas for improvement. We’re glad you appreciate the compensation package and opportunities to work within a global SaaS environment. However, we are deeply concerned to read about the challenges you faced regarding workload, work-life balance, and the probationary period experience. First and foremost, we want to acknowledge that a culture of transparency, support, and development is critical for both our employees and the success of our business. Your experience indicates clear gaps in our current approach to onboarding, training, and constructive feedback, and it’s a great signal that we need to improve in these areas. We genuinely regret if you encountered practices that made you feel unsupported, insecure, or undervalued. It is not our intention for any employee to feel this way, and we are committed to re-examining our processes, particularly relating to workload management, escalation handling, and employee performance reviews. Thank you for your time with Wrike and for your feedback. We sincerely wish you all the best in your future endeavours. Best regards, Anastasia, HR BP Product & Engineering
