Pros

-One of the coolest things at Wrike is that the product is based around productivity, collaboration, and transparency--and that is very clearly reflected in the company culture. Teams are heavily involved in making each other successful. -The company is also in a very good space financially and in the market and I can only see good things happening in the next 5 years. -Development and support teams are incredible, the product is very stable and bugs are quickly resolved

Cons

Very normal start-up pains, product has room to grow especially in the area of analytics

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your years of contribution to Wrike. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with our people, our product, and our parental leave program — our tenured employees and the passion they bring are truly at the heart of what makes Wrike special. It’s also rare in our industry to be able to use the very product we build and sell, and we’re proud that this continues to be a meaningful part of the employee experience. We also want to acknowledge the concerns you’ve raised. We recognize that customer‑facing teams have been carrying a heavy load, and we’re actively reviewing resourcing and process improvements to better support these groups. Your feedback on culture and work‑life balance is equally important. As we continue to evolve, we know we have work to do to ensure that our culture remains strong, connected, and sustainable. Prioritizing the remote employee experience is a key focus for 2026. We’re rolling out initiatives aimed at strengthening connection, improving collaboration, and supporting well‑being across our distributed workforce. These efforts are designed to help rebuild the sense of culture and balance that you — and many others — value. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We appreciate your honesty, and we’re committed to continuing to improve the experience for all Wrike employees. Wrike HR team.
