Pros

Marketing team: — Content marketing team gives you a lot of creative freedom; if you can tell how you think your idea will benefit the company, you are usually given the green light. — Very collaborative environment, so you get a lot of help and feedback on your work. (This could be a con, if you're not a collaborative worker. In which case, Wrike is not for you.) Wrike HQ: — It's great to work for a company that customers really believe in. Wrike is doing really well right now, and I predict it will continue to improve over the foreseeable future. — Typical Bay Area startup environment: relaxed dress code, fast-paced, fun people, open floor plan, WFH benefits, free calories in the kitchen.

Cons

— Minimal employee benefits. — Plenty of guidance, but very little mentorship on the marketing team. — Career trajectory not laid out; you'll have to pave your own way.
