Pros

This has been the best onboarding experience in my entire career. Wrike has a very structured onboarding approach with a dedicated Product team training 2x a week to new hires. Then role specific training to quick follow. The company is growing and very welcoming.

Cons

So far, I have not encountered any cons.

Seems decent so far - expensive benefits

Pros

• There does appear to be a focus on healthy work-life balance. • Recently went back to a Flex/unlimited PTO policy from accrued. • Good compensation for the role considering market averages. • Diverse, globally distributed team provides fantastic exposure to culture. • Working Groups provide inclusivity and equity to underrepresented demographics.

Cons

• Healthcare options are very expensive. 300-400+ per month pre-tax for family/employee+spouse, etc. Small HSA contribution is offered by the employer for the cheapest plan, but only for the HDHP. • History of layoffs, especially for NA-based employees • (There seems to be) No incentive/raise/bonus structures for non-sales employees • Timezone conflicts can be a challenge, but that is to be expected for a globally distributed company

This tool helps improve organization and productivity, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Overall, it's a great place to work if you value teamwork, structure, and a well-coordinated workflow.
