Thank you for sharing your feedback and for highlighting what you appreciate about working here - especially the teams, CI/CD, low bureaucracy, and our support for AI. We invest a lot of effort in these areas. To respond to your points: Roles and expectations - we do have defined expectations for each role through our Skills Matrices. We intentionally look for proactive people and offer them more freedom and ownership, rather than very strict role boundaries. Analysts and documentation - we don’t work with system analysts by design. We expect developers to participate in defining requirements and understanding the product context. This helps them see a more holistic picture and grow skills that are highly valued on the market. At the same time, we know good documentation matters and we continue to encourage and improve it within teams. Bonuses - thank you for the suggestion; your comment about restoring or adding bonuses is appreciated and is taken into account in our ongoing reviews of compensation and benefits. Thank you again for your honest review - it’s important to us and helps us develop as a company. In case you have any other moments you'd like to discuss your Manager & HR BP are always here for you and open for such type of the conversations. Best regards, Anastasia, HR BP Product & Engineering teams
