They fire people without notice - micromanagement - unorganised

Pros

Good work-life balance and some great team members

Cons

You can wake up one day and they can tell you that you are fired, without notice and without reason even if you are working many years in the company - they lose trust from employees like this and there is lots of micromanagement from non-technical managers. There are some great people working there, but procedures and structure are not organized well.

Pros

Good pay and commissions. One of the best benefits in the country. Collaborative and helpful people around. I have had the chance to work with some of the most brilliant people. Good in-bred managers and directors.

Cons

Goals eventually switching to unrealistic ones. Fierce competition in the market. Some of the features are no more game changers. Lack of structure in some teams/geos. Some of the hired managers without any knowledge of the solution. Big cultural differences in the office.
