Pros

Many of the people are nice and the QA department is very strong

Cons

There’s too much to describe. Wrike is a company taken out of a textbook about dysfunctional organizations. The worst trait at Wrike is that titles and tenure mean quite a lot. What this means on a day to day basis though is that non-functional solutions are invested in and relied upon long after its become clear that they’re an obstacle because the folks with tenure wrote it and don’t tolerate feedback or ideas from those new to the company. As a result the tech stack is a chaotic mess and your role as an employee is to find ways to live with it, not to improve processes or solve obstacles for your team. If you want easy money and low expectations Wrike might satisfy you but for anyone else it’s going to be a dead end.

Pros

Great benefits and great product

Cons

They hired me with certain job responsibilities and after I joined my scope changed due to their structural changes. They expected me to do something else versus what I was hired for. Scope was not clear, they never clarified my responsibilities clearly. Called me to office one day after a month of my joining just to tell me that I was fired. (That was a surprise). They stooped very low, spoke all nonsense about me that I did that, I didn’t do that but after all they found my skills were not matching to their new scope but gave all nonsense reasons. I later came to know that this company has a tendency of hiring and firing. Good that I’m not a part of this worst company.

If you need our support or just want to discuss all the issues that you've mentioned, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Katya, HR BP, CSO org

Pros

-Benefits like health and dental -Office perks ( but we obviously don't get them at the moment ) - not compensated for it.

Cons

- Unrealistic targets - Team disorganised - Difficult for anyone to make a decision and pull the trigger - Don't expect a great company like promised - They let go of people all the time
