Small company, good compensation, decent benefits. Company is growing and has decent management in place. Should be more room for this firm to grow in the industrial automation space.
Cons
You need to walk in the door with a high skill set if you want to see opportunities come your way, otherwise you're progress will be stunted as there is little to no training offered.
