Company culture that is not micromanaged. All employees are able to put forth their ideas and suggestions in order to improve daily processes. The facilities are modern with efficient office and shop space.

Wunderlich Malec is an employee owned company with great benefits. From my experience with various groups (my own included), we have very modern style management approach that builds a traditional hard working employee. The best part for me is if I have an issue, I am comfortable bringing it to my managers attention knowing they will help me find a resolution.

Cons

I have no cons worth listing. The grass is always greener!
