      Pros

      Company and leadership has shown to value its employees. There has been many notable changes to benefit culture, compensation, work/life balance. Company structure allows engineers to have direct impacts to business decisions. Adaptation appears to be a priority over a conservative approach which makes it more inviting for younger engineers.

      Cons

      Rapid growth and an increase in business opportunities shows some weak spots in organization. Changes are certainly being made to accommodate but appears risk adverse. Growth appears to outpace our ability to keep up.
