- Cool experience in the cannabis industry - Fun industry events - Office location downtown is ok - Dog friendly workplace

Cons

- Turnover is extremely high for a company that preaches to clients about retaining talent - Management is never around and changes monthly - Lack of direction with the company and individual roles - Zero training - Mediocre product that no one know how to use or train on

Great coworkers but stressful work

Pros

Loved my coworkers. They were great people and I always enjoyed our happy hours and their support. Dog friendly workspace which was great! Provided all the tools necessary to do the job. Fast growth, which I personally like. Culture of continuous improvement. Bi-weekly 1 on 1 meetings with supervisor. Free snacks and coffee!

Cons

Not much room for career growth. You're hired to do a job and there is not much consideration for your personal career goals. Customers can be challenging. It's payroll, and there is no tolerance for mistakes. Very little growth opportunities provided by direct supervisor. Consistent changes in processes, which were hard to keep up with.
