      Growing company, great people, good compensation, exciting product

      Pros

      The company went from 20 people to now over 160 in the past two years. There are a lot of smart people who here who not only understand the tech but also the business. The team I am working on is using the latest tech. More importantly, I feel the team is invested in me and willing to mentor. The compensation is quite good and you also have the flexibility in working remote.

      Cons

      There are a lot of things to learn.

      The people are fantastic: smart, inspirational and supportive. The culture is great: trusting and collaborative, with shared goals and achievements. The work is exciting: shaping and delivering a new vision for TV. The momentum: proven successes and impressive projections! PLUS remote working is brilliant for a healthy and happy work-life balance. Wurl proves it can work at every level, and a incredible organisation can be built when great people connect all around the world.
