Highly organized and detailed beginning with the interview process, and carries into the work and work culture. HR is VERY accommodating and helpful as well, for applicants and employees alike. Work is challenging, but processes are constantly evolving to become more streamlined and less stressful for the worker. Remote first means being trusted to complete your tasks as a professional (and an adult), without company wide mandates for office attendance. Instead, the office is available if you need it. Pay is great, realistic, and fair.
