Pros

Excellent company culture and benefits; they truly care about their employees Unlimited PTO - they promote taking time off and will let you know if it's been too long Fully remote - no commuting Work/Life balance - at a startup, this can be hard to have but they try their best and make it a priority Flexible work hours - can go to the doctor during the day, etc.

Cons

Can expect travel occasionally which can be difficult with families/personal responsibilities (but can also be nice to see people in person if that's what you like) Hours can be long at times (but they are very flexible on what hours you work - whenever is convenient for you)

Overworked and Underappreciated

Pros

The various tools and skillsets to grow are pretty awesome. So many ways to make sure to C-Y-A. You're never bored with the constant work that gets poured down your throat. The generative culture that is proclaimed is great for generating chaos.

Cons

Anytime feedback is encouraged but never really given. Managers and executives mince words unless it's time to fire someone. Managers and executives are usually late to meetings. Trainings become exercises in demeaning others. There is way too much gossip and politics.
