      Pros

      The culture at Wurl is unlike any I've ever experienced. We are all learning from one another, leaning one another and guiding one another. I feel so supported from not only my immediate team members, but the leadership at Wurl and our parent company, AppLovin. Since Wurl was remote before the pandemic, I feel as if there is a lot of trust from the top down. Discretionary PTO is definitely a top perk!

      - owned by a public company applovin so not fully autonomous to make own decisions - lost the founder and co founder in 2023 and had massive layoff of talent
