Pros

Work hard play hard. Performance based job. I work hard and I feel like I am part of a team.

Cons

There re very few downsides. If you are not a motivated individual you will not make it, the job is not for everyone.

Pros

My job is putting WorldMark Owners on Vacation. A lot of time is spent in training prior to taking calls so that we can expertly care for the owners.

Cons

There is very little downside if you enjoy working with people and helping them make decisions for vacationing that will make their lives better.

Pros

You can feel good as a sales person for representing Wyndham Vacation Resorts. They have a great product and a commission structure to match.

Cons

Commission sales is not for everyone, however Wyndham does offers a wide variety of positions that are salaried.
