I suffered harassment from one of the managers. I wasn't the only one, but she was very rude. She made this simple job impossible for me, and it was toxic. I had to leave because my mental health suffered, and I filed a report when I left. The managers, in general, would overbook the restaurant. The restaurant has a limit of 200 capacity, but they would constantly book to 300. At that point, it's not even fine dining when the place is loud.

Corporate investigator pay is $70k a year. You are not paid for your experience in law enforcement. There is not much opportunity for advancement. This position is salary and comp time is hour for hour. You are often micromanaged about your work and decisions. Management will not advocate for a raise and claim Wynn pays the highest salary for a CI, however no other property does the amount of work a CI does at the Wynn. The schedule is an 8 hour shift and meetings on Teams on days off. You get 40 hours vacation a year.
