Pros

Wynn resorts is a pretty popular casino, so business is pretty steady, which equates to more tips.

Cons

Feels like there is a new rule or policy every other day, that could in turn get you in trouble. If you don't have seniority the your work schedule can be very inconsistent.

Pros

Great 5-Star company to work for. Trainers were great & informative. Good cafeteria.

Cons

Hard to get requested days off since it's a small team, but that is the nature of the job.

Pros

For the call center, the wages are competitive. A nice perk is that you receive a paid lunch, and free access to the Employee Dining Room for that lunch period. The food is tasty and healthy.

Cons

The management is not terribly involved. I was surprised to find out the department manager even knew my name. They have ridiculous rules that make you feel like a child in need of supervision. Callers can be very mean, and the rules do not allow you a way to get out of the call. You have to keep on being nice to nasty guests. It gets very frustrating.
