      Pros

      Great Health care plan. Employee dining area is superior.

      Cons

      The culture preached is not executed at department level. Very abusive and toxic environment. Upper level admin did show some real appreciation at times.

      Pros

      If you count the insurance structure and free lunch in employee dining room, the outside perks are nice and better than other hotel companies. High paying

      Cons

      Much of the high up staff are absolute slaves to their job and in turn, make their employee's lives miserable. I think you only get 7 PTO days a year for your first year which shows you they expect you to live and breathe for your job. Tons and tons of rules, unethical leaders and overall had a pretty poor experience. I was salary, might be less OT if you're hourly

      Pay is ok depending which department.

      Pay depending on the department If you don’t know people you will not progress Stay away from any chicken that they make you cause there is a good chance it’s not cooked and you will get sick
