The culture was great, supportive management, and the expectation for excellence all around was mostly upheld.

Cons

Environment is frequently fast-paced. Stressful guest interactions (dealing with a lot of international/domestic guests expecting high caliber service every interaction). If not designated a full-time shift, hours can vary drastically while still working 40 hours per week

Being a 5 star resort, the standards for employee performance is higher than anywhere else. You won't see that reflected in your paycheck though unless you work on tips.
