I love how everyone works together as a team to make customers happy before they leave. Always a joy to see happy customers.

Cons

The only challenge is the tip system. I don't think it is fair that managers receive tips when they already have a good salary.

Cons

Not the best employee morale during the years I was there. Management needs to listen to employees more.
