10+ hours per day for managers Working environment really depends on GMs. Culture in different restaurants can be really different from the company

Good employee denning room. High end clientele. Good tips. Beautiful property

Cons

Lack of care for employee. No raise in 6 years. Lowest salary pay for Colorary union on the Las Vegas strip. Even Circus Circus Aka shittiest casino on the strip pays their employee better.
